U7’S BICESTER RUGBY FESTIVAL REPORT

The rain could not put off the excitement of the U7’s entering their first tournament as a team.

v Bicester ‘B’ (final score 3 – 4)

A very close game that highlighted excellent running and defensive skills.

v Oxford (final score 3 -6)

End to end action but a disappointing result.

V Wheatley (final score 4 – 5)

Considering the terrible conditions the team played really well but they had to get themselves back up for the final game.

v High Wycombe (final score 5-4!!!)

A truly fitting end to a fantastic game!

Every member of the team played out of their skins and produced some excellent rugby in the face of the worst weather so far this winter. The most improved aspect has been the defence coupled with some wonderful attacking flair. All the players understood their responsibilities and they showed tremendous spirit throughout the day. Well done to everyone.
